Can I restrict the type of content that my employees post on social media?

Employers can restrict the type of content that their employees put on social media, however, the employer wants to be careful that they don’t put restrictions on information that’s gonna be protected under the National Labor Relations Act. Otherwise they could be held liable for violating the employee’s rights.
