Biography
Zachary Pincus, received his J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law. He interned under the Honorable Rex M. Barbas of the 13th Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, Florida. He was also a Law Clerk at Smith Thompson Law in Tampa, Florida. After graduating and passing the bar Zach attained a position with Fulmer LeRoy & Albee, PLLC in their St. Petersburg office. He then acquired a position with Pincus & Currier LLP in September of 2022. Zach's civil trial practice areas include mechanics lien law, association law, contract disputes and landlord / tenant disputes. Zach has strong research and analytical skills, he also has excellent written and verbal communication abilities. He has a keen sense of the law and a passion for advocating for his clients' rights.
When not practicing law, Zach loves to spend time with his wife and two young children. He also does volunteer work and is heavily involved in his community. He is a member of a local book club and also enjoys coaching.
