Are There Exceptions To Floridas At Will Employment?

Florida is an at-will state. Which means you can fire someone for good cause or no cause. However, there are exceptions to the at-will doctrine, which means you can’t fire them for protected classes.

For example, you can’t fire someone because they’re of a certain race, because they’re a certain gender, and there are some other categories as well for which you can not fire somebody.
