What is the statute of limitations to bring a Florida auto accident case?

That’s a question that can be difficult to answer at times, depending on the type of injury or if a death occurs in an accident. If it’s an injury case in which a death did not occur with an automobile accident, you have four years from the date of the accident in which to follow an accident. If a death occurs, then you have two years. Then you have two years from the date of the accident in which to file a lawsuit.
