Do I have the right as a unit owner to obtain the names and addresses of all other unit owners in my condominium?

Every member of a condominium association has the right to the contact information on file with the association for every other member of the association.

Now, if somebody has their only contact, their e-mail address, then you don’t get their actual home address, where they may live separate from the condominium unit that they have invested in, for instance. But you have the right to know how to contact each individual member, and it’s an important right, particularly when things like elections or special member votes are up for consideration, and you may lobby for your point of view. So it’s a good idea to ask the association in advance, and get your contact information for all other members.
