Fully covered can mean different things to different people, but typically I have found when an agent tells you that you are fully covered, it means that you have $10,000 in PIP coverage, and you have $10,000 in property damage. In other words, the bare minimum required insurance by law. It’s important when somebody tells you that you’re fully covered that you ask them specifically what exactly you are covered for.
