What is your approach?

I strive to give my clients the best conservative legal advice I can. We want them to understand the cost benefit of attack, various strategies for attacking whatever problem they may be dealing with. If it’s best to try to work things out through pre-suit negotiations, then that’s the direction that we’ll suggest to our client. If it’s a problem that cannot be solved except through the courts, then we are ready, willing and able to take it that route.
