Does a bicyclist have the same rights as the driver of the car?

When riding a bicycle on the roadway, you should maintain your bicycle to the farthest right side of the road. You should never ride more than two abreast, so side-by-side with one other bicycle. And as a bicyclist, you have the same rights as a motor vehicle and obligation does the driver of a motor vehicle with the exception of turning left. Maintain that right-hand side of the road lane except when you come up to an intersection to turn left, then you’ll have to get over for that. And you would have the same rights as if you were in a vehicle turning left at the same place.
